PayPal:
You need to have a PayPal account to use this payment method. You will automatically be re-directed to PayPal when using 'add to basket', once here you can ammend quantity of items you wish to purchase. Please be assured we are PayPal verified. This means we have undergone stringent security checks for your peace of mind.
Cheque or Postal Order:
Please fill out an 'Order Form' if paying by either of these methods.
If paying by cheque we will not be able to process your order until the cheque has cleared, which may take up to 7 days from banking. Postal orders are treated as cash and so goods can be sent as soon as payment is received.

Please allow 10 working days delivery from cleared payment. If you need your order delivered sooner, please advise and we will let you know how soon we can deliver.
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock, or if there is a query, we will contact you by phone or e-mail.
If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will offer you a refund or advise you of an alternative. Depending on the item, you may choose to wait for it to become available again.

Product Guarantee
We hope you will be entirely satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we will be happy to refund or exchange it.
If the item you received is damaged, or not what you ordered, please tell us straight away, and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Returned items should be complete with packaging wherever possible. If we are at fault, we will pay return postage, but please keep a posting receipt for reference, and contact us before sending anything.
If you change your mind within the 7 day cooling off period, you are welcome to send the item back to us in its original condition, complete with packaging. You will receive a full refund less shipping costs. Again, please contact us before sending.
